Refund policy

At PetGlyph, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your order confirmation or tracking notification. Requests made after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that show signs of use inconsistent with normal inspection (for example, visible wear, damage from misuse, or missing components)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
4. Product Use Note
Some PetGlyph products are designed for specific intended uses described on the product packaging and listing (for example, our Hair Removal Glove is intended for use on furniture, clothing, and fabric surfaces, and only on pets as directed). Returns related to product performance when used outside of the stated intended use are evaluated individually and may not qualify for a refund. Please review product instructions before use, and reach out to us first if you have questions — we're happy to help you get the most out of your product.
5. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at [ info@petglyph.com ] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
- We'll review your request and send you instructions, including the return address and any other steps needed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible, and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Please do not send returns directly to Amazon fulfillment centers or without first contacting us, as this may delay processing.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- If you haven't received your refund after the timeframe above, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary, then contact us if there is still an issue.
7. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, variant, or product instead of a refund (for example, exchanging the Small Pet Nail Clipper for the Large), let us know when you contact us to start your return — we'll guide you through the exchange process once your returned item is received.
8. Orders Fulfilled via Amazon
Some orders placed on our website may be fulfilled using Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service, using the same inventory we sell on Amazon.ca. Regardless of which fulfillment method was used to ship your order, all returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through petglyph.com are handled directly by our team using the process described above — not through Amazon's own return system.
If you purchased directly from our Amazon.ca storefront rather than our website, please use Amazon's standard return process for that order instead.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If it's been longer than 10 business days since your return was approved and you haven't seen a refund:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
