Shipping policy

At PetGlyph, we want your order to reach you and your pet as smoothly as possible. This policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and tracked.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and handed off for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Fulfillment Through Amazon
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, orders placed through our website may be fulfilled using Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service, drawing from the same inventory we use to fulfill our Amazon.ca orders. This means your order may be picked, packed, and shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center, and your tracking information may reflect Amazon as the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner. This does not affect your rights as a customer of PetGlyph — all order, shipping, and customer service inquiries for purchases made on our website should be directed to us, not Amazon.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout, with delivery estimates beginning after your order has been processed:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and handed off for shipment, and do not include the 1–2 business day processing window described above.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes if required by the fulfillment carrier for certain shipping methods; please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update with the carrier.
6. Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] — we'll do our best to correct it before the order is processed for shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed off for fulfillment.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or household members, and verify the shipping address on your order confirmation. 9. Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately, even if you selected and paid for a single shipping method. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is dispatched. This does not result in any additional shipping charges to you.
