Welcome to PetGlyph (the "Site"), operated by TMM Trading LTD., a company registered in Ontario, Canada ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with PetGlyph, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About PetGlyph

PetGlyph is a pet care brand operated by TMM Trading LTD., offering products including but not limited to the Corrugated Cat Toy, Pet Nail Clipper, and Hair Removal Glove. Our products are designed to support modern pet care, inspired by the long history of the human-animal bond.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing but may be changed without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, or contact you for further instructions.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing/availability.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders placed through this Site may be fulfilled using Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service or by our own team, depending on product availability and logistics arrangements.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for applicable regions), or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within [Insert Number, e.g. 30] days of delivery to discuss a return, exchange, or refund.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Our products are intended for general pet care use as described in the product listing and packaging. Always supervise pets during use of any new product and discontinue use if your pet shows signs of discomfort or distress.
Products such as grooming tools are intended for specific uses described in their listings (for example, the Hair Removal Glove is intended for use on furniture, clothing, and fabric surfaces, and on pets only as directed). Please review product instructions carefully before use.
PetGlyph and TMM Trading LTD. are not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from improper use, misuse, or use inconsistent with the provided instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the PetGlyph name, logo, brand imagery, product designs, text, and graphics, is the property of TMM Trading LTD. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
